The scar of Harry Potter is a key narrative symbol throughout the series of Harry Potter and it has a special status in the stories as a metaphor.Beginning with the scar mark as the symbol of the body to the process of other-approval and self-approval identifications and the disappearance of the scar mark metaphor,Harry Potter′s self identification is completed ritually.
