从公正性角度谈我国高校教师评价

On Fair Principle of College Teachers Evaluation

高校教师进行评价最重要的评价原则是保持公正性.当前我国高校在教师评价方面存在着短期化和一刀切等违背公正性原则的倾向.针对上述问题,本文提出放宽评价标准、设立败者复活制度、增加评审委员人数等解决办法.

Fair principle is the most important principle during the evaluation of college teachers.Short-terming and universal application norms which are used in college teachers evaluation nowadays in China obviously go against fair evaluation principle.This paper proposes the solution by the setting of a relatively loose evaluation norm,revival system of failures,the increasing of reviewers and so on.
