摘要
选取四位高职外语教师作为研究对象,运用叙事研究的方法,分析和概括影响其成长的主要因素.研究发现:对于高职外语教学的热爱、对新知识的不断追求,善于反思、勇于实践的个性品质等内因对他们的发展起着根本性作用;学校的关注、关键人物和事件带来的顿悟和渐变、职后教育的经历等外因起着形成性的作用.内外因的共同作用推动着他们的不断成长.
This paper,enlightened by the theories and methodology of narrative inquiry,narrates,interprets,and analyses the influencing factors of four foreign language teachers' development in high vocational college.Research results shows that the devotion to profession,the seeking for new knowledge,the reflection and practice are the essential factors.The good school context,important incident and person,and further education are the formative factors.Both factors work together and foster the teachers' development.
