摘要
介绍了轨道系统的组成,剖析了欧洲轨道交通电磁兼容标准的特点,从判据、测量布置、试验时各项参数的选取等方面,分析该系列标准与CISPR和IEC相关基础标准的差异,阐述了产生差异的原因,例如工频磁场试验为何在三种频率上进行等。同时也对该系列标准的不足之处进行了总结:包括辐射发射试验可操作性差、传导骚扰测试应考虑平均值检波方式等。最后在测试地点、测试距离、天线高度、测量仪器、测量参数设置、工作状态和测试步骤七方面提出建议,以加强辐射发射试验的可操作性和可重复性。
This paper introduces the contents and characters of Europe railway applications.It also compares these serial standards with the basic EMC standards of CISPR and IEC in terms of criterions,test set-up,levels,details,etc.The reasons that caused the differences are also explained.For example,three frequencies should be selected in power-frequency magnetic field test.At the same time,this paper summarizes deficiencies of these serial standards.For instance,radiated emission test could not be fully put into operation and AV detector should be considered in conducted emission test.Finally,some ideas that could assure operability and reliability during test are mentioned in the following seven aspects: test site,distance,height of antenna,measurement instrument,measurement parameter,setup,operating mode and measurement step.
