全面质量管理文化对人力资源管理的要求分析

摘要 推行全面质量管理,必须建立一个完善的,高效质量管理体系。其中人力资源管理的成效大小直接影响着全面质量管理的效果。因此应把人力资源管理的重要性以及对员工、企业的具体要求融入到全面质量管理当中。
