马克思主义政党都是始终重视学习,善于学习的政党,马克思主义政党的伟大生命力在于能够在不断学习中保持理论上和实践上的先进性。从共产主义者同盟的建立到国际共产主义运动的蓬勃发展,从布尔什维克党的建立到第一个社会主义国家的崛起,从中国共产党的建立到新中国的诞生再到改革开放翻天覆地的变化,这一切都离不开不断丰富和发展的马克思主义理论的指导,离不开马克思主义政党对马克思主义的学习。中国共产党人历来重视学习,重视将马克思主义与中国国情和实际结合起来学习,从而不断地推进马克思主义的中国化、时代化和大众化。

A Marxist Party is a party which always lays emphasis on learning and does well in it. Its life lies in its advance which derives from learning in theory and practice as well. Thanks to the guidance of Marxism and the Party＇s learning, those earth-shaking changes took place in China and the world, including the establishment of the Communist League and the rise and international communist movements, the founding of the Bolsheviks and the emergence of the first socialist country in the world, and the creation of the Communist Party of China, the birth of the new China and the sea changes resulting from the Reform and Opening-up drive. The members of the CPC have always attached emphasis to learning, and the combination of Marxism and the country＇s national situation, so that Marxism in China could be promoted constantly.
