摘要 文章以济南泉城路商业步行街为例,通过对环境中人流与物流的相互关系和模式操作性的分析,从行为心理学的角度阐述了商业步行环境中人群的流动与商业空间的流线组织是相互影响,相互结合的关系,并提出了两者与空间氛围营造关系上的建议,指出以"人群"的行为心理作为主要目标的流线组织对空间氛围的营造具有决定性作用。 This article takes the commercial pedestrian street in Quancheng Road of Jinan as an example. Through the analysis of the interrelationship between the flow of people and logistics and the analysis of mode operation, from the perspective of Psychology it elaborates the relation between the flow of people and the streamline organization of the commercial space. The relation is interacted and combined with each other. It makes some suggestions on the relation of the two and the creation of space atmosphere. It also points out people's behavioral psychology plays a decisive role in the creation of space atmosphere.
