摘要
本文采用6 0 Co 射线照射性腺未分化的罗非鱼鱼苗, 结果育成的鱼苗生长快、抗病力强, 其生长速度与雄性苗相似。养殖 4 个月体重可达 200g 以上, 而且雌雄体重一致, 不育率达 95% 以上。
To evaluate the effectiveness of radiation on sterility and growth of Tilapia nilotica,fry which had undifferentiated gonad were treated with different dosage of 60 Co radiation.Results showed that fry treated with proper radiation had some advantages;1 More that 95% were sterilized.2 Grew more quickly and healthy.The weight was more than 200g after 4 months cultivation,similar to that of the “male fry”.3 Male and female had consistency in their weight.Conclusion:proper radiation of 60 Co is suitable for the mass production of sterile fry of Tilapia nilotica.
