摘要 数控机床加工中的动力学特性直接影响着机床的加工精度、加工效率。本文在前人研究成果基础上,总结归纳了表征机床动力学特性的5个参数(静刚度、动刚度、阻尼特性、固有频率及振型和动响应),对国内外数控机床中动力学问题研究现状进行了分析,在此究的方向和发展趋势。 Machining accuracy and machining efficiency of NC machine tool are influenced by the dynamic characteristics of machine tool directly.On the basis of summarizing the previous achievements,a review study is done about Characterizing dynamic parameters of machine tool in the paper(such as static stiffness,dynamic stiffness,mode shape,nature frequency,damping characteristic and dynamic response).A review study is done about domestic and foreign research present situation,Point to the question Of CNC machining dynamics which needs further study and resolve on the theory and application on that basis At last,the study trend of machine tool dynamics And the present will continue the research the direction.
