扼制医疗费用过快增长 提高医院科学管理水平

RESTRAIN THE MEDICAL FEE INCREASED TOO QUICKLY AND IMPROVE THE MANAGEMENT SCIENCE LEVEL OF THE HOSPITAL

医院患者就医费用增长过快,存在不合理收费和违规收费现象,主要源自于医疗卫生体制市场主导、医疗保障体系不健全、昂贵大型设备检查的滥用和医院对药品收入的依赖性,该现象不仅加剧了患者的负担,还制约着医院的健康发展。因此,应强化政府责任,完善医疗保障制度,加强药品规范管理,提高医院科学管理水平。

The patients' medical fee increased too quickly,existence of the phenomenon of unreasonable charge,it is because that the medical care system is market-oriented,the medical security system is faulty,large equipment cost is expensive,and hospital is dependent on the medicines income,the phenomenon is not only add the burden of the patients and restrict the healthy development of the hospital.So we should strengthen responsibility of the government,make prefect the medical security system,strengthen the management of the medicines,and improve the scientific-management level of the hospital.
