血液报废的原因分析

ANALYSIS OF THE CAUSES AND PREVENTION ABOUT THE BLOOD DISCARDING

目的对无偿献血不合格血液的原因进行综合分析,探讨减低血液报废率的有效途径,进而采取措施,减少血液浪费。方法对2008年、2009年我站无偿献血血液报废的情况进行回顾性的统计和分析。结果 最常见的原因是ALT不合格,其后依次是脂肪血、HBsAg、梅毒、抗-HCV、不足量以及其他。结论为降低血液报废率,血站内部应加强质量管理,规范采供血行为,大力加强对献血者献血前的宣传及咨询指导工作,避免不必要的血液报废。

Objective To probe into the causation induced to blood discarding and the effective measures to prevent it,so that the blood waste will be avoid.Methods A retrospective statistical study was given to blood discarding from 2008 to 2009 in Zhongshan blood center.Results The problem of ALT elevating took up a larger proportion in blood discarding than that of high value of fatty blood,positive HBsAg,positive Anti-HCV,and blood bag breaking.Conclusion To reduce the blood waste,we must strenghen the internal quality control,standardize blood collection and supply,vigorously boost education and consultation to blood donor,so that to avoid unnessasary blood discaring.
