摘要
当前医院员工按照是否有编制可分为正式编制和非正式编制两类,其中非正式编制的数量已占医院员工总数的相当一部分,对医院文化的彰显与发展有着极大的影响,因此从医院文化建设与整体利益的角度讲,做好非正式编制人员文化培育就显得尤为重要,鉴于此,本文分析了医院非正式编制的构成、特点以及其对于推动医院文化的重要作用,提出增强非正式编制人员文化意识的基本措施,为医院管理者进一步做好文化建设提供参考。
Hospital staff can be classified into two categories according to whether they belong to the preparation,of which the number of non-permanent staff accounted for a considerable portion of the total number,having a great impact on the highlight of the hospital culture and development.So from the perspective of the hospital cultural construction and the overall interests,nurturing the culture of non-permanent staff is particularly important.From these,this paper analyzed the composition and characteristics of non-permanent staff,and their great important role in culture promoting of the hospital,proposed the basic measures to improve the cultural awareness of non-permanent staff personnel,supplied the reference in how to improve cultural construction for hospital administrators.
