The educational philosophy of cultivating creative and innovative personnel through inquiry learning has been gradually put into practice in the basic education curriculum reform.College teacher education should adapt to the development of both society and basic education.To foster highly qualified elementary and secondary school teachers with innovative spirit and practical competence,traditional ideas should be changed,curriculum reformation should be explored.
