摘要
行动研究是外语教师专业发展的最佳途径。文献研究发现近十年以来我国高校外语教师行动研究相对较少。为促进外语教师专业发展,应把行动研究与教师专业发展相结合。在行动研究中,教师不仅是行动者,也是研究者和受益者。
Action research is the best approach to foreign language teachers' professional development. Based on the research of documents, it shows that the action research has been less in China for the last ten years. In order to promote teachers' professional development, action research should be combined with it. In action research, the teachers are not only actors, but also researchers and beneficlarles.
