On the Rehabilitation of Basic Education in Qingdao after the Victory of the Anti-Japanese War

抗战胜利后,青岛基础教育有了一定的恢复与发展,但受形势及诸多因素的影响,困难重重。布局的失衡、政策的失当和流亡学校的干扰,都制约着当时基础教育的发展。不过,灰暗的岁月中,有识之士的坚守、教学内容的改进和私立学校的办学经验,都足以成为后世的借鉴。

After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War,Qingdao rebuilt and developed its shattered education to a certain extent.Nevertheless,there were various factors which restricted the development of basic education in that era,such as the imbalance of layout,misconduct of policy and the interference of exiled schools.However,the persistence of the far-sighted personage,the improvement of teaching contents and educational experience of private schools in that era all became the reference for the future generations.
