摘要
目的:探讨癌组织中环氧合酶(COX)-2和基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-7的表达与胃癌组织生物学行为的关系。方法:选取55例进展期胃癌手术的切除标本,以免疫组织化学SP法检测病灶中COX-2和MMP-7的表达情况。分析COX-2和MMP-7的表达与临床病理因素的关系。结果:COX-2和MMP-7的阳性表达率分别为63.6%和72.7%。COX-2的阳性表达率与肿瘤大体类型、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关(P<0.05);MMP-7的阳性表达率与浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关(P<0.001),而与肿瘤大体类型和分化程度无关(P>0.05)。胃癌组织中COX-2和MMP-7的表达呈等级正相关(P<0.001)。结论:COX-2和MMP-7与胃癌组织的生物学行为密切相关,其高表达是胃癌组织高侵袭能力和预后不良的标志之一。COX-2和MMP-7可作为反映胃癌组织侵袭转移及判断预后的生物学指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of COX-2 and MMP-7 protein in gastric carcinoma and explore the relationship between them and the biological behavior of gastric cancer.Methods: The expression of COX-2 and MMP-7 was detected by SP immunohistochemistry in 55 gastric cancer specimens collected after operations.All of the cases were divided into different groups according to the clinic pathological factors and TNM stages.Then the expressive level of COX-2 and MMP-7 protein was compared among various groups.Results: The expression rates of COX-2 and MMP-7 protein in gastric cancer tissues were 63.6% and 72.7%.The positive rate of COX-2 expression was related with gross type,tumor differentiation depth of invasion,lymphatic metastasis and TNM stages(P〈0.05).The positive rate of MMP-7 expression was related with depth of invasion,lymphatic metastasis and TNM stages(P〈0.05),but not related with gross type,tumor differentiation(P〉0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between COX-2 and MMP-7 expression in gastric cancer(P〈0.001).Conclusion: The expression of COX-2 and MMP-7 is closely related to the biological behavior of gastric cancer.Its higher expressive level is one of the signs indicate the highly invasive characteristic and poor prognosis.
