高龄患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术的围手术期处理 被引量：3

摘要 随着我国社会人口老龄化,高龄患者日益增多,对于高龄患者胆囊疾病的手术治疗已受到广泛关注。虽然腹腔镜胆囊切除术（laparoscopic cholecystectomy，LC）早已成为胆囊切除的“金标准”，但由于高龄患者年老体弱，同时又伴有各种并发症．极大地增加了LC的手术风险。回顾性分析2002年1月-2007年12月行LC术的150例高龄患者（年龄≥70岁）的同手术期临床资料，探讨高龄患者胆囊疾病的临床特点及同手术期处理．
