摘要
高校青年学生在复杂无序的网络环境中诱发出大量的理性缺失、道德失范等不良现象。高校网络要实现优质传播,必须从建立有效工作机制,强化高校校园网络管理策略、落实管理措施、改进高校校园网络管理、突破薄弱环节、深化高校校园网络管理改革入手,强化法规、技术以及使用主体的引导,方能使之朝着健康的方向发展。
There are many negative phenomena of using internet in college students,such as lack of rationality、moral anomie and so on.In order to create a positive envinonment of onternet,an effective working system,move managinal measures on internet management,breakthrough of weak points,strengitening policies ang technology must be carried forward to bring it into a healthy development.
