Assessment Comprehensive Control measures of Urban Vehicle Emissions Pollution Based on Extension Method

将可拓法应用于城市机动车尾气污染综合控制体系评价。在分析北京市机动车尾气污染控制体系评价指标的基础上,建立了评价的物元模型,该模型充分考虑北京市机动车和交通控制的综合指标。计算结果表明:北京市机动车尾气污染综合控制体系评价等级为III级,机动车尾气排放对城市环境产生一定的影响.本法简单易懂,能确切反映城市机动车尾气污染综合控制措施的实施效果,为城市机动车尾气污染综合控制提供了一种新的思路。

The extension method is utilized to assess comprehensive control measures of urban vehicle emissions pollution.After analyzing the factors that influence vehicle emissions control measures in Beijing,a matter-elemental model is built up.The results show that the vehicle emissions comprehensive control measures in Beijing is in III level,which indicates that vehicle emissions affect the environment.Simple and easy to be understood,the method can directly show the level of comprehensive control measures of urban vehicle emissions,and provides a new way of thinking for assessment of comprehensive control measures of urban vehicle emissions.
