摘要
目的评价腔内激光术(EVLT)治疗单纯性大隐静脉曲张的效果。方法下肢浅静脉曲张患者96例,114条患肢,彩色多普勒超声显示患肢隐股静脉瓣关闭不全,采用EVLT治疗。结果随访6～24个月,术后2例1个月小腿处各有1～3支曲张浅静脉出现,再行ELVT后未见复发,其余94例患者症状消退或明显好转,彩色多普勒超声显示大隐静脉全程闭合,深静脉通畅。结论 ELVT疗效明确,损伤小,安全,易于操作,术后恢复快。
Objective To evaluate the curative effects of EVLT in treating single varicose veins of lower limbs.Methods 96 patients with varicose vein of lower limbs who had a total of 114 lower limbs underwent EVLT.Results 94 patients were followed up for 6-24 months with satisfactory outcomes except 2 patients with recurrunce of varicose veins who were successfully treated with EVLT for the second time.Conclusion EVLT is a new therapeutic means with advantages of minimal damage,safety,easy accessibility and quick recovery.
