老年冠心病患者对冠状动脉CT的相关认知调查及分析

Investigation and analysis of the awareness of coronary CT in elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨老年冠心病患者对冠脉CT相关认知情况及检查失败原因。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对67例老年冠心病患者进行问卷调查,并进行分析。结果 34.32%的患者了解冠脉CT检查的意义,大于50%的患者不了解冠脉CT的相关知识,患者对冠脉CT的意义和结果解释有100%的健康教育需求,检查不成功原因68.75%与心率过快有关。结论老年冠心病患者对冠脉CT相关知识的认知较差,护理人员应针对患者的健康需求,实施有效的健康教育和术前指导,提升患者认知水平。

Objectives To explore the understanding of coronary computed tomography angiography（CTA） in elderly patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） and the causes of CTA examination failure.Methods An independently-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 67 elderly patients with CHD.Results When asked about coronary CTA,34.32% of patients had a good level of awareness about the significance of coronary CTA examination,more than 50% of patients knew little about coronary CTA,and all patients had the demand for health education about the significance and the results explanation of coronary CTA.Excessive heart rate conferred 68.75% causes of failure of CTA examinations.Conclusions Elderly CHD patients have poor understanding of coronary CTA related knowledge.According to the patients＇ healthy demand,the nursing staffs should perform effective health education and pre-examination instructions to promote the patients＇ level of awareness.
