Advances in the molecular biological study of Pseudomonas aeruginosa

摘要 铜绿假单胞菌是常见的非发酵糖G-杆菌,广泛存在于医院环境,是主要医院感染的病原菌之一。本文综述了铜绿假单胞菌基因组、蛋白质学以及抗原的分子生物学特征。 Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a well-known non-fermentative gram-negative bacillus that grows ubiquitously in hospital environments and is a major pathogen causing hospital-acquired infections.The paper outlines advances in the study of the genome and proteome of P.aeruginosa and the molecular biology of P.aeruginosa antigens.
