摘要
目的建立减肥产品中非法添加泻药"酚酞"的检测方法。方法采用快筛试管法和TLC方法鉴别所含的酚酞,采用HPLC-DAD法和HPLC-MS法对酚酞进行定性定量分析。结果 103批次产品中有42批次检出酚酞。结论所建立的方法专属性强、灵敏度高、重现性好,可作为该类产品是否添加酚酞的检测方法。
Objective To establish an identification method for the phenolphthalein illegally added into slimming products.Methods The test tube and TLC method were used.The HPLC-DAD and HPLC-MS were used to identify the phenolphthalein illegally added into the slimming products.Results Phenolphthalein was found in 42 formulations.Conclusion The method is convenient,reliable,and accurate.It can be used to detect the illegal slimming products.
