摘要
创建实用型商业人才培养模式的关键是要改革教师评价体系。教师评价标准应该多样化,服务学生、服务社会、服务企业的工作要纳入教师考评体系。对大学生的定位要与社会需要相适应,大学应该善待大学生,为校企紧密合作提供必要的资源保障。
Reforming teachers' evaluation system is the key for the training of business personnel.There is a need to enlarge the teachers' evaluation system and services for students,society and enterprises should be included in the teachers' evaluation system.The education of college students should be adapted to the need of society.College students should be treated well and it is necessary to encourage co-operation between colleges and enterprises.
