摘要
作为高校后勤社会化改革的重要组成,服务外包不仅能在高校内部形成良性竞争机制并起到优化组织结构作用,同时还利于促进后勤服务创新、提升服务层次和增强核心业务竞争力。高校应充分结合自身实际,运用科学的方法,对外包企业进一步强调服务质量、加强监督管理、健全规章制度,切实规范校外企业的经营行为,从而为构建和谐校园做出贡献。
As an important component of college logistics reform,service outsourcing not only forms a healthy competition within the university system and plays an important role in optimizing the organizational structure,but also promotes innovation of logistics service,improves service and enhances business competitiveness.Colleges and universities should lay greater emphasis on the quality of outsourcing enterprises service,strengthen supervision and management,improve the rules and regulations so as to build a more harmonious campus.
