摘要
英汉翻译的实质是英汉思维方式的转化,不同民族的思维方式、思维特点和思维风格会产生不同的语言认知方式和表达方式。本文从分析中英思维方式的差异表现入手,揭示了思维方式对英汉翻译在词语层面和句子层面的影响,以期能对一般译者有所帮助。
The essence of E-C translation is the conversion between English and Chinese modes of thinking.The thinking modes,thinking features and thinking styles of different nations can result in different modes of cognition and expression.This thesis starts with analyses of the differences between English and Chinese modes of thinking and reveals their influences on E-C translation in terms of words and sentences in the hope of being beneficial to translators.
