两次气旋影响风暴潮过程的天气学特征分析

摘要 滨海新区风暴潮灾害日益频繁,在统计历史风暴潮及强增水个例的过程中发现了一些规律。主要结论:两次过程在发生风暴潮最高潮位之前的一个天文低潮位时增水出现激增的现象。两次过程高空形势都是一槽两脊。地面形势为江淮地区锋生形成闭合气旋。两次过程气旋移动路径非常相似,均由江苏境内北上,沿山东沿海向东北登陆朝鲜半岛。两次过程增水的激增也都与气旋北移有密切关系。塘沽站与成山头站海平面气压差与增水有较好的相关性。 Face the more and more frequent and the harm serious storm surge disaster of the Binhai new area, During the course of counting the storm surge and strong increased water case in the history, we discovered some rules. Main conclusion: In two processes increased water when occurs in front of a storm tide highest tide position astronomy low tide level to increase the phenomenon which the water appears increased sharply. In two process upper air phase all is one trough and two ridges. The ground phase is the dosed cyclone formed by the Jianghuai region frontogenesis. In two processes the moving way of cyclone is extremely similar, in Jiangsu Province moves to the north, northward along the coast of Shandong , and land the Korean Peninsula. In two processes the water increased sharply is also closely related with the cyclone moved northward. There is a good correlation between increased water and the sea level pressure difference between Tanggu station and Chengshantou station.
