摘要
我国现在的信息系统产业发展迅速,但同时存在着企业管理水平低,没有规范的管理流程等一些问题。这导致了在信息工程建设中业主和承建方从系统设计到系统建成期间双方不能达成一致意见,影响到工程建设的质量和进度。在这样的情况下,急需引进"监理"机制来协调双方的分歧。信息工程监理是一种技术、管理服务型的职业。监理应当本着公平,公正的原则为甲方提供技术、管理方面的咨询。本文的研究方向是以北京市社区热线(96156)运行维护阶段的监理为实际项目基础,总结监理方在工作中的监理要点,着重突出监理方起到的咨询作用,从而进一步归纳出运行维护阶段监理流程。
The industry of information system in our country is developing very rapidly.But the level of management doesn＇t keep up with the require,and enterprise hasn＇t administrative standard.These result in the owner and units undertaking doesn＇t reach complete identity of views about the information industry building.The result leads to quality and rate of progress of engineering don＇t achieve the goal.In order to solve the problem,we use information engineering surveillance solve divergence of views with owner and units undertaking.Information engineering surveillance is a occupation of technology and manage service.Surveillance engineers provide advice about technology and manage to owner.In the course of the consulting surveillance engineers follow the principle of fair.My paper rely on the engineering and study jobs of surveillance about information engineering operation and defend making a summary of main points of surveillance.My paper makes a special effort to expression to the function of consulting.The goal of my paper is to generalize a procedure about the surveillance during the process of information engineering operation and defend.
