纳米银抗菌凝胶配合围刺及氧疗治疗褥疮的疗效观察

Observation of therapeutic effect on pressure ulcers treated with Nano-Silver Antibacterial Gel combined with surround needling and oxygen therapy

目的:观察纳米银配合围刺及氧疗治疗褥疮的临床效果方法:将75例老年Ⅳ期褥疮患者随机分为3组,各25例,均按相同方法清创后,观察组采用伤口围刺期间配合氧疗,外涂纳米银抗菌凝胶治疗。对照组1采用1%聚维酮碘,对照组2单纯外涂纳米银抗菌凝胶。结果:3组患者治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组明显高于对照组。结论:纳米银抗菌凝胶配合围刺及氧疗治疗褥疮具有良好的疗效,适合临床推广。

Objective： To observe the effects of Nano-Silver Antibacterial Gel combined with surround needling and oxygen therapy in the pressure ulcers.Methods： 75 elderly patients with fourth stage were randomly divided into three groups,all the three groups were treated with same debridement methods,then the observation group were treated with Nano-Silver Antibacterial Gel combined with surround needling and oxygen therapy,the first control group were treated with 1% povidone iodine,the second control group were only treated with Nano-Silver Antibacterial Gel.Results： The effects of the three groups were compared,there were significant differences（P0.05）,efficacy of the observation was higher than those of the control groups.Conclusion： The effects of Nano-Silver Antibacterial Gel combined with surround needling and oxygen therapy in the pressure ulcers is better,and it is worthy of clinical extend.
