摘要
目的提高护理人员专科护理质量。方法制定合法、科学、实用的专科护理常规、操作规程,进行护理人员有效的培训,建立质量控制的长效机制。结果较好地指导了专科护理工作,提高了患者的满意度。结论专科护理常规、操作规程的规范管理与实施,能提升护理人员专科护理水平。
Objective Specialist nurses to improve quality of care.Methods Development of legal,scientific,and practical specialist care practices,operational procedures,effective training for nurses and establish long-term mechanism of quality control.Results Better guidance to the specialist care,enhanced patient satisfaction.Conclusion Specialist care practices,operation procedures of standard management and implementation can improve the level of specialist care nurses.
