With the progress of the Internet,the traditional Web interface technology can no longer meet the interactive features of the higher demands.Web design and development based on Web standards is a trend,and HTML5 is a huge leap forward of the Web development standard over the past ten years.In this paper,Web standards and new features of HTML5 were compared.Future prospects of its applications were described.Standardized system has better security,scalability and ease of maintenance.
