超声诊断脂肪肝66例结果分析

The Analysis of 66 Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Fatty Liver

目的探讨超声诊断脂肪肝的临床意义。方法对358名健康体检中检出的66例脂肪肝患者的结果进行分析。结果 358名健康体检者中诊断脂肪肝66例,占18.4%,其中男性57例,占15.9%,女性9例,占2.5%,男性患病率高于女性。45岁以下201名,检出43例,占21.3%,45岁以上157名,检出23例,占14.6%。结论超声检查对诊断脂肪肝具有一定优越性,而且准确率高,有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography in the clinical diagnosis of fatty liver.Methods To analyse 66 cases with fatty liver which were detected in 358 cases of health examination.Results There are 66 cases with fatty liver in 358 cases of health Examination,so the fatty liver percentage is 18.4%.In the 66 cases with fatty liver,there are 57 men accounting for 15.9% and there are 9 women ccounting for 2.5%,so the rate of male patients is higher than female patients.In the 201 cases under the age of 45,there are 43 cases with fatty liver accounting for21.3% and In the 157 cases over the age of 45 there are 23 cases with fatty liver accounting for 14.6%.Conclusion Ultrasonography provides valuable information for clinical diagnosis of fatty liver and is superior to other methods to a certain extent.
