地氟病区人牙胚成釉细胞的结构改变 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察地氟病区和非地氟病区人牙胚成釉细胞形态及结构的改变,探讨其在氟牙症形成过程中的作用。方法:观察地氟病区引产胎儿牙胚成釉细胞形态学和超微结构的改变,并与非地氟病区引产胎儿牙胚作对比。同时测定母体尿氟含量。结果:HE染色结果表明实验组胎儿成釉细胞排列极不规则,高度变矮,一些细胞发生扭曲,细胞内出现颗粒和空泡。透射电镜观察显示实验组成釉细胞细胞器减少,粗面内质网明显扩张,线粒体肿胀、变形,胞浆内有空泡产生,一些细胞呈现凋亡迹象。结论:过量氟影响成釉细胞超微结构,继而导致其功能异常,与氟牙症形成有相关性。 Objective:To observe human tooth germ ameloblasts morphology and structure change of formation in the process of dental fluorosis in fluorosis and non-endemic flurosis areas. Methods:The change of morphology and ultrastructural changes in fluorosis ameloblasts of abortion fetuses tooth germs were observedand with non-fluorosis endemic area for comparison. We also determined urinary fluoride content of the mother. Results:In test group,HE staining showed that ameloblasts arranged irregularly and the height was reduced. Some cells twist,produced granules and vacuoles within the cytoplasm. TEM observation showed decreased organelle,rough endoplasmic reticulum expansion,mitochondrial swelling and deformation. Some cells showed apoptotic signs. Conclusion:High fluoride into the ameloblasts ultrastructure in turn leads to dysfunction and the formation of dental fluorosis relevant.
