摘要
目的:探讨前牙转矩辅弓的应用效果。方法:选择用方丝弓矫治器进行治疗的病例29例,男10例,女19例,平均年龄20.5岁。其中非拔牙病例17例,拔牙病例12例,在"精细调整"阶段选用前牙转矩辅弓对上、下颌前牙进行转矩控制。结果:前牙转矩辅弓可以有效地对上下颌前牙进行转矩控制,前牙轴倾度趋于正常,明显缩短疗程。结论:在"精细调整"阶段应用前牙转矩辅弓调整前牙关系效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of anterior root torquing(ART) auxiliary arch on the movement of the roots of the maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth either lingually or labially. Methods:Twenty nine patients undergoing Edgewise appliance treatment were observed,including 12 extraction cases and 17 non-extraction cases,10 males and 19 females,of whom the mean age was 20.5 years old. ART auxiliary arch was applied to control the torquing of the roots of the maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth either lingually or labially at the detailing stage of treatment. Results:ART auxiliary arch was a unique approach to controll the root torquing of the maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth. The axial gradient of anterior teeth became normal,which could significantly shorten the course of treatment. Conclusion:ART Auxiliary arch is effective in optimizing the relationship of anterior occlusion at the detailing stage of treatment.
