摘要
塑料瓶盖结构较复杂，应用模流分析软件MOIDFLOW确定点浇口的具体位置，并着重阐述了侧抽芯机构、脱螺纹机构的设计要点和模具工作原理，通过采用塑件断面止转结构，成功解决了完整内螺纹塑件自动脱模困难等问题，提高了塑件质量和生产效率。
Plastic bottle cap＇s structure is complex. In this paper, by using the Mold Flow analyse software confirm the pin gate position, and the design issues of side cores mechanism and the mold working principle were mainly emphasize elaborated, by using the plastic piece section lock rotate mechanisum successful solve the problems such as difficulty go automatic demold of fully internal thread plastic piece, and improves the quality and production efficiency of plastic pieces
