摘要
材料为20CrMnTi的六方轴,渗碳淬火后在磨削时,表面产生了严重的裂纹。采用宏观、微观检验以及硬度测试等方法,对六方轴表面裂纹产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明,六方轴表面裂纹是因为砂轮修理不平整以及磨削工艺参数选择不合理所致。并提出了改进措施。
The surface of 20CrMnTi hexagon shaft emergence serious cracks during grinding after carburizing and quenching. By using macro and micro detection, hardness testing and other methods, the hexagon shaft surface cracks reason was analysed. The result shows that flatness of griding wheel dressing and unreasonable process parameters choosing are the reasons of hexgon shaft surface cracks, the improvement measures were also given in this paper.
