低碳经济是人们在面对全球气候逐渐变暖这一当今国际社会十分关注的热点问题而提出的一个新的概念，它在带给人们思想理念更新的同时，还切实地引起了社会生产和人们生活方式的调整和改变。为此，基于思想政治教育视角的大学生低碳经济教育问题颇值得探讨。在充分认识对大学生进行低碳经济教育必要性的基础上，精心选择低碳经济的教育内容，并有机探索开展低碳经济教育的途径和方法，可切实增强大学生低碳经济教育的实效性。

Low--carbon economy is a new concept which is brought up because global warming has become a heated topic among all the people all over the world. The new concept is not only updating people＇s ideological concept, but also brings changes and causes adjustments of social production and life styles of people. Therefore, it is essential for us to conduct ideological and political education from the angle of low--barbon economy. On the basis of a profound understanding of the necessity of delive- ring eucation concerned with low--carbon economy to college students, we can elaborately choose the specific teaching material and instructing methods and ways regarding low--carbon economy education to strengthen the actual effect of low--carbon economy education.
