摘要
检测了俄罗斯大白猪及萍乡华中二头乌猪16 个遗传标记基因位点的多态性,分析了二个猪种群体间在上述16 个基因位点上的遗传变异,探讨了所测遗传标记基因位点与种猪繁殖性状的相关性;同时,对两个猪种母猪体内抗红细胞抗原“天然抗体”的存在种类及效价与其繁殖性状的相关性进行了研究;此外,对不同公母猪选配类型中,所测15 个遗传标记基因位点在预期子代的平均基因杂合度与种猪的繁殖性状的相关进行了初步研究;在上述研究结果的基础上,对萍乡二头乌猪种公母猪的选配工作进行了分析和探讨。
The polymorphisms of 16 genetic marker loci in Pingxiang head hind black pigs was identified.Compared our results with one central breeding population of Russian Large White pigs,notable genetic variations were found.Furthermore,the relationships of the tested genetic marker loci with the reproductive performances in the two Chinese and Russian pig populations were studied.And the types and titers of natural antibodies to erythrocyte antigens in Pingxiang and Large White sows was also researched.In addition,the correlation of average genetic heterozygocity of the 15 tested genetic marker loci in the expected offsprings with the reproductive traits was probed.On the basis of these results,the selection of boar and sow mating types in Pingxiang black head hind pigs is discussed.
