China has witnessed overall development in foreign trade, foreign investment, and overseas investment after 32 years of reform and opening-up to the outside world, thus gradually joining the global economic mainstream. In the post-crisis era, China is faced with a lot of new challenges and opportunities in terms of domestic development and opening-up. The paper discusses the ten issues in relation to the overall planning of China＇s domestic development and opening-up to the outside world in the new period.
