摘要
为评价物流企业的营运和管理绩效,通过定义物流企业的基本流程,提出在综合服务型物流企业的业务流程中引入供应链运作参考(Supply Chain Operation Reference,SCOR)模型,从供应链管理的角度建立综合服务型物流企业营运和管理评价指标体系.结合某物流企业具体案例,按其现有的部门设置,遴选出各部门的重要评价指标.基于SCOR模型,分析所建立的评价指标体系的适用性,并评价该企业的营运和管理水平.
In order to evaluate the operation and management performance for logistics enterprise,the Supply Chain Operation Reference（SCOR） model is introduced to the business process of comprehensive logistics enterprises through defining the basic flow of logistics enterprise,and the evaluation index system for the operation and management of comprehensive logistics enterprises is established from the angle of supply chain management.A logistics enterprise is selected as specific case,and the important evaluation indices are selected according to its department settings.Based on the SCOR model,applicability of the evaluation index system is analyzed,and the operation and management level of the enterprise is evaluated.
