Research and Manufacture on the Automatic Machine of Pressure Vaporizer Lampshade

开发一种将长筒形丝袋加工成汽灯纱罩的全自动生产设备。采用模块化设计理念设计各功能模块,由气缸驱动、PLC控制,运用机电一体化技术,将繁琐的手工生产灯罩工艺改进为机器全自动生产。节约了人力、提高了效率、降低了纱罩的生产成本,对汽灯纱罩自动化生产的推广起到了积极的作用。

An automatic production equipment to make long-barreled ribbon into the pressure vaporizer lampshade was developed. Modular design concept was adopted to develop functional modules. Driven by cylinder, controlled by PLC, using meehatronics technology, cumbersome manual production technics were improved into automatic machine production. Manpower is conserved, efficiency is improved, production costs of lampshade is greatly reduced. For promoting the automated production of lampshade, it plays a positive role.
