摘要
滚珠丝杠螺母传动机构是机床的进给传动部件,其轴向刚度直接影响机床的定位精度。应用变形协调原理给出不同支撑方式滚珠丝杠螺母传动机构轴向刚度的计算方法。计算结果表明:两端固定支撑的丝杠的轴向刚度随长度按抛物线规律变化,其变形最大值在丝杠的中点;与一端固定的支撑方式相比,其轴向变形最大值小,轴向刚度大。
Ball screw transmission system is the feeding transmission parts of machine tool, and its axial rigidity directly influences positioning precision of machine tool. Deformation compatibility principle was used to calculate axial rigidity for the ball screw transmission system under different support. The results show that the axial rigidity of the ball screw by fixed support at both end, is varied as rule of parabola along with its length and the max value of distortion of screw is at its center. Compared with the supporting mode at one end, the max value of axial distortion is small and large at its axial rigidity.
