摘要
提出以虚拟样机技术优化并联机器人的方法。以3-RPS机器人为例,运用ADAMS的一种DOE方法——响应曲面法,对其进行优化分析,寻找试验指标与各因子间的定量规律。分析结果表明:设计变量共同发生变化时,用这种分析方法可以清楚看到哪个设计变量对设计目标影响最大及变量之间相互影响的信息,从而缩短设计研发周期,降低研发成本。
Virtual prototype teehnology was used to optimize parallel robot. A sample 3-RPS robot was optimized with response surface method, one of the DOE in ADAMS. The relationship and rule between each factor and each response were found. The analysis results show when all design variables are changed together, which factor has the greatest influence on the design objective and the interaetional information among variables ean be seen by the proposed method. So the design cycle can be shorten and development eost ean be reduced.
