摘要
液压节流调速是工业生产中常用的技术措施,也是液压传动与控制课程中实验教学的重要内容。设计一种利用MCS51单片机技术实现液压节流调速实验的自动化测试系统,介绍其软硬件设计。为液压节流元件的生产和液压实验的教学创新提供了参考。
Speed control by hydraulic throttling flow is a general technique measure in industry production. It is important content of experimental teaching in hydraulic transmission and control. An automatic testing system of hydraulic throttling flow speed control experiment based on MCS51 technology was designed. The designs of hardware and software were introduced. It provides reference for production of hydraulic throttling element and teaching of hydraulic experiment.
