摘要
以轨道架线车升降平台液压系统为研究对象,利用AMESim软件建立升降平台液压系统模型,通过设置主要参数,实现液压系统动力学仿真。仿真结果表明:系统响应速度较快,上升和下降稳定性较好,为轨道架线车升降平台液压系统的性能评估和优化设计提供了一条新途径。
Taking the lifting platform hydraulic system of wiring railcar as an example, the model of the system was established with AMESim software. By setting the main parameters, the hydraulic system's dynamics simulation was made. The simulation results show that the response speed of the system is faster and the stabilities of the rising and falling are better. A new way for performance evaluation and optimal design of the lifting platform hydraulic system of wiring railcar is provided.
