摘要
介绍一套基于虚拟仪器技术的剩余电流式电气火灾监控探测器综合性能测试系统的设计方案。为了兼容测试不同电流规格的监控探测器,将虚拟仪器技术与计算机控制技术相结合,采用电动调压补偿技术和闭环控制方式提高大电流发生器的输出精度和系统自动化程度,设计两套不同尺寸的同型气动夹具解决不同规格监控探测器的连接问题;软件设计采用分层结构和模块化编程方法,较好地满足了不同规格产品的测试要求。实际运行结果表明,该系统具有检测结果精确、工作效率高、操作方便的特点。
A design scheme of the residual current electrical fire monitoring detector performance test system based on virtual instrument technology was introduced. In order to test different current specifications monitor detector, virtual instrument technology was combined with computer control technology to improve the accuracy of output current of the current generator with electric voltage compensation technology and closed-loop control means, and two sets of different size and same type of pneumatic fixture were designed to solve the connection of different specifications monitoring detector. Layered structure and modular programming method were adopted to design software. All kinds of test requirements for different products could be satisfied. The practical application shows that the system has the advantages of accurate, high efficiency and convenient operation.
