二氧化碳汽车空调系统试验装置研制

摘要 以CO2制冷工质跨临界循环运行特性为依据,设计开发一种带回热器的CO2跨临界循环汽车空调系统试验装置,包括蒸发和冷凝系统、CO2循环系统、测量采集系统3大部分。对该系统的密封性和稳定性进行检测,结果表明系统的密封性和稳定性很好。运用该试验装置对多款微通道平行流式气体冷却器样件进行不同工况下的测试。测试结果表明:所研制的二氧化碳汽车空调系统试验装置,在试验样件安装、试验工况的调节及操作方面,适合CO2跨临界循环汽车空调系统及其各主要组成部件的测试。 According to the operation characteristic for cross-critical cycle of carbon dioxide refrigerant, a heat regenerator test device for automotive air-conditioning systems of cross-critical carbon dioxide, including the three systems of evaporation and condensation system, CO2 cycle system and measuring collection system, was designed. With excellent results checked for the system properties of seal and stability, this device was used to test several styles of sample pieces of micro-channel parallel flow air-cooled condenser under different conditions. The test resuh shows that in the aspects of fitting for test sample and adjusting for test condition, the test device for automotive air-conditioning systems of carbon dioxide is suitable for the test on automotive air-conditioning systems of crosscritical carbon dioxide and its all main components.
