PMC is an important part of the CNC system. It is also the key to fault diagnosis of CNC machine tool. The functions of PMC were elaborated. How to use PMC to fix machine tools＇ common faults was explained with several examples. It provides reference for equipment maintenance engineers troubleshooting the NC machine tool failure quickly and accurately.
