红豆杉内生真菌产过氧麦角甾醇的分离 被引量:1

摘要 从红豆杉树皮中分离到了一株产萜类化合物的菌株。从该菌株的发酵培养产物中分离到了一种萜类化合物,经过谱图分析和文献比对确定该化合物的结构为过氧麦角甾醇:5α,8α—epidioxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-01。过氧麦角甾醇是一种已知具有广泛抗癌、抑菌等生物活性的萜类化合物,本文是关于该化合物首次发现于红豆杉内生真菌的报道。 In the search for terpene substance from fungi associated with Taxus Yunnanesis, a bioaetive constituent was isolated from the liquid culture of Taxus Penicillium. The structure was then indentified as 5α , 8α-epidioxy-(22E,24R)- ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol, an ergosterol peroxide,on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analyses and comparison with the literatures. Ergosterol is a bioactive compound against a dozen of tumor cell lines. This is the first report on the ergosterol peroxide from endophytic fungi of Taxus Yunnanesis.
