摘要
本文采用水蒸气蒸馏法从不同松塔中提取挥发油,用气相色谱.质谱联用技术对其挥发性成分进行鉴定,归一化法计算各组分的相对百分含量。从红松、华山松和樟子松松塔的挥发油中分别鉴定出43、36、47种成分,主要为单萜和倍半萜类,其中共有成分13种,其含量较高的成分包括α-蒎烯(14.14%~31.53%)、D-柠檬烯(20.12%-24.55%)β-蒎烯(4.61%~11.54%)、莰烯(1.08%~4.88%)、桃金娘烯醛(1.40%-4.28%)等。
The essential oil was extracted from pine cones by steam distillation,using GC-MS technique to identify their chemical composition, and the content of each component was calculated by peak area normalization method. 44,36,47 kinds of ingredients in essential oil from the Pinus koraiensis,Pinus armandii and Pinus sylvesris were identified respectively, which are mainly monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes ,in which 13 kinds of ingredients are in common;its high content of compounds include α-Pinene ( 14. 14% -31.53% ) , D-Limonene ( 20. 12%-24.55% ) ,β-Pinene ( 4. 61% -11. 54% ) ,Camphene( 1.08%-4. 88% ) ,Myrtenal( 1.40%-4. 28% ) ,et al.
